How to Cure Tired, Sore Feet

If you have spent any length of time on your feet during the course of the day, then you have become a victim of tire, sore feet. There are people like sales clerk and waitresses that deal with this problem every day. They, however, are not the only people that can have this common foot problem. This may be a common foot problem but for most people tired, sore feet are probably the hardest thing to get rid of. The fact that you need to be on your feet through out the day can be working against you for the most part on this problem. There is however a simple way to cure tired, sore feet. Following this steps can easily put the spring back into your step.

Step 1

Change the shoes that you are wearing to begin to cure tired, sore feet. Every type of shoe has a different of support to your foot. The different arch and support of the shoe can reposition your foot and alleviate the pain that your feet are in.

Step 2

Raise your feet up to get the pressure off of them. The continuous weight of your body can add to the pain and soreness that your feet are under every day. A simple elevation of your feet by 3 to 4 inches can be just the trick to help cure tired, sore feet.

Step 3

Soak your feet in warm water and Epsom salt to relax those tire muscles. This is just like the way that a hot shower can relax the muscles in your shoulders. If you would like to take the foot soak to the next level, you can use a peppermint foot soak that you can buy in any drug store.

Step 4

Massage the soles of your feet to cure tired, sore feet. Focus on the areas that are in the most pain to get the maximum benefit of the foot massage.

Step 5

Slip into a pair of clean white cotton socks to finish the treatment to your tired, sore feet.
